This project presents a digital architectural reconstruction of a single-family house based on a complete set of archival technical drawings, including floor plans of all levels and a section, created in the 1950s. The 3D model was developed with respect for the original proportions, functional layout, and architectural character of the building.
The aim of the project was to translate hand-drawn archival documentation into a coherent digital model and to establish a solid spatial framework for further design work. The model enabled analysis of the building’s form and internal spatial relationships, as well as the introduction of interior modifications, including adjustments to partition walls and the staircase layout, in preparation for a future interior design project. The presented model shows a raw architectural mass, without furniture.
The project was developed in SketchUp, in collaboration with Michał Kostrz, who contributed to the 3D massing and the interpretation of dimensions from the archival drawings.

3D Model – Building Mass Reconstruction
Based on the archival drawings, a three-dimensional model of the building mass was developed, preserving the original proportions, floor divisions, and spatial relationships. The model served as a foundation for further analysis and design development. Selected views of the reconstructed building mass are presented below.
